Baloo

Baloo is looking for a special family to love him.

Baloo had a rough start to life, living on the streets of sydney. His right eye is the result of an old injury from his life in the Street. When he first came into care he was very frightened of people but it didn't take him long to realise people were a source of pats, food and all things good and his only continued to improve in leaps and bounds since. He is a typical house cat now, sleeping on the lounge or sunning himself on the verandahs. He is always close by and never late for dinner (he loves his food).

Baloo is content to be patted and will seek out pats once hiins comfortable. He loves sleeping with the other cats at the rescue and is always cuddled up with either Skipper, Old Boy or Mogli.

Baloo would make the perfect brother for any resident cats his family may have whether their 8 weeks old or 18 years old. He just wants someone to cuddle up with.

Baloo has been at the rescue for quite sometime as he is nervous of new people and runs and hides. For this reason he needs a patient family (preferably with older kids) who will give him time to settle into his new home and let him show you what a sweet affectionate boy he can be.
